NHL A Patch Official Design for Hockey
Absolutely! There are numerous patches on the jerseys and equipment of NHL teams. A breakdown that doesn’t rely on pictures is as follows
Classic team logos are featured prominently on the chest of jerseys. They feature the well-known logo of your favourite NHL team.
Patches to Remember: These patches are given out in honor of significant accomplishments like winning the Stanley Cup or reaching certain season milestones.
Anniversary Patches: When a team has been in the league for a significant amount of time, they might wear special anniversary patches to show that they have been there for a long time.
Captain’s Patches: These patches typically feature a bold “C” to identify the team captain and distinguish the leader on the ice.
Alternate Patches: Some teams use alternate patches, which have a different design than their standard logo patch, to keep things interesting.
